Apart from the customer presentation with the Belgian Eurofit, Agium EPM also released their IFRS 16 solution at Splash 2.0 on September 28th in London. The IFRS 16 solution is launched on the OneStream platform.
IFRS 16 specifies how companies will recognise, measure, present and disclose leases and will replace the current IAS 17 standard for all annual reporting beginning on or after January 1st 2019.
The solution will enable users to comply with the new lease accounting standard and will facilitate a smooth transition.
During this demo Agium EPM showed how to gather and import lease data from contracts and how it provides users with a lease data repository, out-of-the box IFRS 16 calculations, journals and reports compliant with the new standard on a lease asset level on an entity by entity basis.
Of course, it leverages the advantages of the OneStream platform by delivering workflow, use of existing dimensionality, reporting possibilities, analysis capabilities, ease of maintenance and upgrades and the possibility to seamlessly integrate the solution with your existing reporting process.
