Background

After he graduated as a Master of Finance, he began his career as a Finance Consultant and as such, worked primarily for large insurance companies. In these years Bart experienced different aspects of the finance function such as the implementation of regulations, converting the finance demands to software requirements, coaching and monthly closings. With this experience Bart has proven to be capable of understanding and challenging the demands of the office of finance.

Challenge

Bart has always been interested in programming and coding of (financial) software and therefore the logical step to Agium EPM followed. Bart enjoys solving IT- challenges and the combination with his finance background, makes him a valuable link between finance and IT. He is able speak both the ‘finance- and IT language’ enabling him to improve the internal communication between finance and IT.
